About the event
Taming Worry Dragons is a fun and interactive group program that helps kids understand worry and anxiety, learn practical tools to manage big feelings and build confidence. This program will begin after school on Monday, September 28 (including a parent's session on September 28) and will be offered every Wednesday after school thereafter for a total of 8 weeks.. This program will be jointly facilitated by FRN family facilitator Marlo, and Sandy Selzer from CARS. An after school snack will be provided. Please contact Marlo for more information. (403)588-8691.
