About the event
Journalling Glimmers is a creative activity that invites parents to notice and reflect on the small moments (called glimmers) that bring a sense of comfort, joy, connection and calm. Basic journals will be provided free for participants, or you can bring your own special journal. This activity will take place in the Play Zone, so parents are welcome to bring their children to play while parents engage in this writing activity.
